I specialize in mortgage financing.
With over 30 years of experience and a sound knowledge of the industry I have developed an excellent reputation and a large and loyal client base. My practice has been built upon exceptional service, my ability to think outside the box and by always keeping my clients' best interests in mind. My expertise is relied upon by clients and other professionals including realtors, financial planners, lenders and other mortgage consultants.
With access to a broad spectrum of both conventional and alternative lenders I am able to provide a wide range of solutions for different situations. I remain available to my clients long after their mortgage is funded by following up to make sure that their mortgage remains the best solution for them.
I am an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) and have my Mortgage Brokers Institute certification (MBI). I am a member of both Mortgage Professionals Canada and The Mortgage Brokers Association of BC. I have been interviewed on CBC Radio and TV and have spoken at various professional functions.
